Use | Uses tributylammonium pyrophosphate is an organic intermediate, which has been reported to be useful in the preparation of a base-modified nucleotide. Tributylammonium pyrophosphate is a phosphorylating reagent used in the synthesis of phosphorylated deoxynucleosides. Used as reactants in the following reactions: enzymatic synthesis of 3 '-deoxy-apio-nucleic acid duplex synthesis of deoxynucleoside S-methylphosphonic acid preparation of a fluorescent non-nucleotide ATP analog N-methyl anthranilamide ethyl triphosphate due to its low water content and high solubility in organic solvents, it is therefore useful for the synthesis of triphosphates. |

tetrasodium pyrophosphate salt (26.6g,0.1mol) is dissolved in deionized water (500mL). the aqueous solution passes through a strong ion exchange column (pk216 proton type), combines the stream containing pyrophosphoric acid, forms salt with n-tributylamine (37.1g,0.2mol), and concentrates the eluent into oil by a rotary evaporator. The oil substance is carried with water by 1, 4-dioxane (100mL) and repeated with water for 3 times to obtain the oil substance tributylammonium pyrophosphate (quantitative).
